Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a confirmed defect). Any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer are also non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will process them based on product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
In cases of rejected returns (e.g., items returned in used or damaged condition, missing tags, or sent after the return period), the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Return Policy
At Batik Wayang, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully curated or handcrafted, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of that notification.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@batikwayang.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items must be shipped securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or offer return shipping at our cost. Items that have been used or worn after delivery are not eligible for return on the basis of damage.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers receiving their orders within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without the need to provide a justification. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
