Delivery Information
Please be advised that for deliveries outside the EU, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival.It’s impossible for us to determine these charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Rates
When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your full delivery address. Our system will then automatically calculate the shipping cost to this address.Shipping will vary for each country and depend on which delivery option you select but the following prices are a guideline:
- UK: £8 (including VAT)
- EU: from £12 (including VAT)
- USA: £15
- Australia, Canada, Japan: £18.50
- Switzerland & Norway: £15
- Russia: £75
- Rest of World: from £26
Receiving delivery
As all deliveries will require a signature, we would recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery. We ship with Royal Mail for the UK using the 24 hour tracked service. Place your order before 4:30pm for next day delivery.
To track you order from start to finish, just type in your order number (starting WCH) and email address here. Using your DHL tracking number, you can contact them directly via their website to reschedule your shipment.

UK Orders:
We ship with Royal Mail, using the 24 hour tracked service. Place your order before 4:30pm for next day delivery.
International Orders:
DHL Express will usually take 1-3 working days to deliver your package to main cities around the world, whereas DHL Standard can take up to 4 working days.
Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with the delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, you may have to pay import fees on arrival.
Russia & Brazil:
Orders can be made by bank transfer only. For details, please contact us directly at support@hardgraft.com

UK Orders: Please allow between 1-2 working days for all deliveries within the UK via Royal Mail. We ship with Royal Mail, using the 24 hour tracked service. Place your order before 4:30pm for next day delivery.
International Orders: International DHL Standard deliveries can take up to 4 working days. International DHL Express can take up to 3 working days, depending on the country of delivery. Remember it may take longer than expected during busy periods i.e. Christmas/Bank Holidays.
